Additionally, when intending to order items, you will need to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment information you provide when placing orders is valid and correct and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

You may only purchase products on our website if you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2.3. Pricing Policy

In developing the content of this website, we strive to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices listed are always correct. All product prices indicated on the website include VAT and other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs for the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer.

The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the applicable VAT and delivery charges established during the checkout process.

For purchases outside the EU, the total cost may be subject to applicable duties and import taxes upon delivery, which will be the responsibility of the customer (as set out in clause 8 below).

2.4. Payment Method

Payment can be made using any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal, Google Pay. Payment will be due and charged to your account at the time the order is placed. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is in your name. Please note that all credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses payment or does not authorize payment to EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA for any reason, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the products.

Please note that the payment methods used do not depend on EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA, as they are part of a payment gateway, so in the event of any issues during payment, EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA will not be directly responsible for resolving them. However, we will do our utmost to assist in improving your situation.

2.5. Order Acceptance

Once we receive your order request, we will notify you as soon as possible of the receipt of the order by sending an email providing you with an order number. If, after review, we are unable to process your order, we will contact you.

Your order will be considered accepted when you receive an email confirming that the products have left our facilities. A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Shipment Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a shipment confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when the products are delivered to you).

We will not be able to accept your order if you have ordered an item that is out of stock, if we have detected an error in the product, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

2.6. Order Changes

You may make changes and correct errors in your order until the order is accepted by EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA. For any changes after acceptance, you will need to contact a customer service specialist via email at info@edel.co. Changes can be processed as long as the order is in our facilities and it is possible. However, EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA reserves the right not to accept changes.

2.7. Delivery

EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA ships all over the world except Russia, Ukrania, and Belarus.

If, due to external factors beyond the control of EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA, deliveries cannot be made to your country, it will not appear as a shipping option at checkout. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your country, we encourage you to contact us via email at info@edel.co.

Your order will be shipped according to the delivery option you selected. We deliver on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

When offered, free delivery only applies to the standard delivery option, with other delivery methods excluded from this offer. We strive to deliver all orders within 2 to 10 business days from the order date.

2.8. International Delivery

If you order products on our website for delivery to one of the international delivery destinations we serve, shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the delivery location and the delivery method you select when placing your order. Your order may also be subject to duties and import taxes applied when delivery reaches that destination. You will be responsible for paying such duties and import taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are destined. We will not be responsible if you breach any of these laws.

2.9. Inspection Obligation

Risk of the products transfers to you upon delivery. You must inspect the products upon receipt and verify that everything specified in the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us otherwise immediately (as set out in clauses 10 and 11 below).

2.10. Cancellation and Return Rights

All orders are subject to product availability; we strive to keep this information up-to-date on our website. However, if a product is unavailable when confirming an order, you will be notified immediately and will have the right to cancel your order.

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. During this period, if you change your mind or decide for any reason that you do not wish to keep your product, you may notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. Your right to return products applies to items available for sale.

This right of return or exchange does not apply to:

• Products specified in our return policy or, failing that, in the product description.
• Products made to your specifications.
• Personalized products.

Products that, due to their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes formats like 10 ml, Discovery Sets, and other sample or discovery products designed primarily for testing. As a result, after purchasing such products, you have the option to exchange them for their 100 ml version, deducting the full value of the smaller formats.

Please ensure that all returns are unused, with labels and original packaging intact, which means the outer protective plastic layer as received. Items returned in unsellable condition may not be accepted. Additionally, any promotional gifts received with your purchase must be returned.

You can cancel or return a product, reviewing our return policy in more detail or contacting our customer service team via email at info@edel.co. If you write to us, please include your order details to help us identify it and process it as quickly as possible.

2.11. Damaged or Defective Products

EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA has a legal obligation to deliver products that conform to the order we have accepted. If, upon receipt and inspection (see clause 9), you find any of the products defective or in poor condition, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund, as you see fit. The defective product must be communicated and returned to our facilities for inspection within 14 days.

If, after this inspection, we agree with your claim, we will proceed to replace the product free of charge or refund the price of the product and any shipping costs you paid, as well as any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item to us in accordance with our refund policy.

2.12. Refund

Terminating the contract for any reason after the products have been shipped or received means that you must return the products to our facilities. The costs incurred by such returns will be covered by EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA except in cases where returns are made due to customer error. Any refund will be issued once the condition of the returned, defective, or damaged products has been assessed and confirmed.

We will refund the price you paid for the products and any delivery charges you paid in accordance with our refund policy. We do not refund duties or taxes related to imports as they are beyond our control.

We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date we receive the products for inspection. Please note that depending on your bank and/or payment platform, the amount may take up to 15 days to appear in your account. The refund will be processed using the original payment method you used for the purchase.

2.13. Promotions and Codes

EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA offers special promotions on certain products and at specific times during the customer's shopping experience. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time, and they may also be subject to time restrictions, availability, and other terms and conditions. Be sure to check the terms of a promotional offer before attempting to redeem it.

Promotions with promotional codes are usually valid for one transaction, and once the code is used, it will be deactivated and no longer valid. However, each code will have the terms and conditions explained, communicated either via email or through another medium.
