Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA made through this website, you have a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to process the return with us. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return. We will refund you the full price you paid using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer will not be refunded, as they are charged by external entities beyond the control of EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA.

Returns and/or exchanges are only allowed for products in the 100mL format. Our other current formats (10mL or Discovery Set) are excluded from return and/or exchange due to their nature as sample and/or discovery products intended primarily for testing. Therefore, after purchasing any 10mL or Discovery Set formats, you have the option to exchange them for their 100mL version, deducting the full value of the smaller formats.

This right of return or exchange does not apply to:

  • Products specified in our return policy or, failing that, in the product description.
  • Products made to your specifications.
  • Customized products.

Products to be returned must have their original packaging intact, meaning the first protective plastic layer as received. If this first layer is altered in any way, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right not to accept returns of items in unsellable conditions.

Any promotional gift received with your purchase must be returned. For this reason, when purchasing 100mL, we provide a 2mL sample of the same product so that it can be tested before opening the full size.

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective products, you have the right to return or exchange them as you deem appropriate. The damaged product must be communicated and returned to our facilities within a maximum of 14 days for inspection.

To process any refund or exchange, EDEL BY EULALIA DE LUCIA must ensure the condition of the products and verify that you are entitled to the requested action. This is why the resolution takes an average of 5 to 10 business days from the notification and/or receipt of the product at our facilities.

Returns or exchanges can be processed by following simple steps through our returns portal or by accessing the returns page available on our website.

Upon receiving the package at our facilities and verifying its condition, we will proceed with the refund or product exchange. We will issue the refund order within 15 days from the date we receive the products for review. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment platform, the amount may take up to 15 days to appear in your account.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
