How long does an order take?
Orders are prepared with care at our logistics centre within 24–48 business hours, Monday to Friday. Please note the estimated time of delivery: orders inside the EU is 2-3 business days, whereas for orders outside the EU is 3-4 business days.
Where is my order?
From the moment the purchase is made, further updates regarding the status of your order will be sent via email. Please check the spam folder, if you are still waiting for any order information.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be updated or cancelled at no cost, provided the request is submitted before the order is handed over to the carrier for shipment. Please remember that orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods accepted include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDeal.
Is VAT included in the price of the products?
All prices shown at our website include VAT.
How can I request an invoice?
Invoices are only sent when requested. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@edel.co if you need the invoice for your order.
SHIPMENT
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world except Russia, Ukrania, and Belarus.
With which courier do you ship?
We ship worldwide with the courier DHL Express. Shipments in Spain are managed by Zeleris.
How much is the shipping cost?
There is free worldwide shipping on orders over €190. If the amount of your purchase is lower than this quantity, the shipping costs will appear at the checkout, since they vary depending on the location.
Please, be aware that shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs, that always depend on the destination country, will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
How long does the shipment of my order take?
The delivery time for orders inside the EU is 2-3 business days, whereas for orders outside the EU is 3-4 business days. Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the moment when your order is shipped and is always approximate.
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent to the client once the parcel leaves our atelier and is with the courier.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
Orders can be shipped to private addresses or P.O. boxes.
Can I ship one order to several addresses?
There is only one shipment address per order. If you wish to send different products to distinct addresses, you will have to place more than one order.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Returns are available for 100mL products within 14 days of receipt. Your purchase will include a 2mL sample for testing. Please ensure the 100mL package remains unopened if you wish to return it. However, for 10mL products and Discovery sets, returns are not accepted due to their nature as samples and discovery items.
Please remember that all returns must be unused, with original labels and packaging intact. Items returned in unsellable condition may not be accepted. Additionally, any promotional gifts received with your purchase must be returned.
Only products purchased on www.edel.co can be returned.
Can I exchange my product?
A complimentary exchange of your 100mL perfume is available within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the 100mL package remains unopened if you wish to exchange it.
However, for 10mL products and Discovery sets, exchanges are not accepted due to their nature as samples and discovery items.
How much does the return of my order cost?
Free returns are available for 100mL products. However, for 10mL products and Discovery sets, returns are not accepted due to their nature as samples and discovery items.
How long will it take for my request to be processed?
Initiate your return or exchange by accessing the return form. Once your request is authorized by EDEL, follow the courier instructions.
After the reception of the parcel at our premises, please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be managed. As soon as the refund or the store credit is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
When can I expect my refund to arrive?
The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 15 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.

Can I get a refund or exchange of a gift?
An item sent as a gift can be refunded or exchanged to the person who made the purchase. The gifting service will not be refunded.

Are your products tested on animals?
No, all EDEL products are cruelty-free and vegan.
Are your fragances Unisex or Genderless?
Certainly. EDEL embraces uniqueness and holds the belief that fragrance is a personal expression of identity. The focus lies in evoking emotional connections through scent, encouraging each individual to embark on their Echo of Life, regardless of gender.
Can I test the perfumes?
You can test the perfumes in your skin with the Discovery set or the travel editions. You could voucher the full value of each travel edition perfum when you buy the 100mL perfume.
How can I use my Discovery Set and Travel Edition voucher?
An email will be sent after purchasing the Discovery Set or travel edition format perfume with a unique voucher code that you will use in the checkout during 30 days.
Are all your fragrances Eau de Parfum?
Yes, our full range of fragrances is Eau de Parfum, with a balanced concentration of essential oils. This concentration provides a gentle and pleasant scent.
Please note that the length of time on skin will depend on the individual, as we are unique.
GIFT
Can I gift EDEL?
Sure. You can gift our perfumes placing a gift order or gifting a card, both with a special and personaliced note.

How can I place a gift order?
You can gift our perfumes with a special personalized note.
Simply add your choosen perfume to the cart and select the gift option at checkout. Don't forget to write your note before confirm your order and please note that our gifting service includes an additional cost of €4, which is non-refundable.
How can I order a gift card?
If you are not sure about the perfume, you can gift a digital card with a value between 100€ and 600€ with a personalised note.
Add the gift to the card and fill in the fields with the information of the person who will receive it. Before confirming your order, do not forget to write the note that will be sent by email to the recipient.
Wich is the process to voucher a gift card?
The gift card will be sent with a gift code whose value can be used until its content is used up. Once your cart is full, you can use the code at checkout.
Please note that the Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
