Within 14 days of delivery
Returns are accepted only if requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Available for 100mL perfumes
Only 100mL perfumes are eligible for return or exchange. Travel Editions and Discovery Sets are excluded due to their nature as sampling items.

Product must be unopened and in original condition
Items must remain unopened and in their original packaging, with the protective seal intact. Any promotional gifts received must also be returned along with the product.

Product must be purchased in edel.co
Note that only items purchased on edel.co can be returned to us. In contrast, returns for purchases made elsewhere must follow the policy of the relevant retailer and should not be sent to EDEL.
